Rear Door Removal.

just wondering if anyone has removed the rear door off a B59 berlingo. 

how hard is it to do? but more to the question, how hard is it to refit?

it wont be the first time ive took a door off a car and refitted it, I am only asking for tips and tricks before I learn the hard way.
