I have a dead 1.6 petrol engine in 'Kenny' my pet Berlingo. ![Sad]( "Sad")
I also have a 'known to be good' 1.6 Petrol engine sat in my garage.![Smile]( "Smile")
I have however been told that the whole engine/box drivetrain has to come out through the bottom of the bay, which ia A) Too much hassle and B) Not viable in the space I have.
Is it really not possible to take out just the engine in the 'traditional' method?
Please say it is as it's going to be the difference between a nice retirement as a Holiday home car in France or a quick call to the scrappies.
