Obd pin / colour out

Hi every one my 1.6 petrol jumping into limp mode when warm so ive gone to plug a code reader in only to find out it isnt reading. On further investergating ive found two green/yellow cables out of back of thr obd and wondered if any one knows where they go so i could read the codes thanks for any help .
