1.6 HDi Oil Change via Suction - Best tool?

I think there's a fairly large number of opinions on this but after making a real mess yesterday due to strong winds, I'm now thinking about getting a dipstick vacuum oil changer thingy.

Can anyone recommend a good n cheap tool for this?
What size pipe fits down the dipstick tube of the 1.6HDi ?
